He asked questions and showed us homes that would fit our needs & 7 months later, we finally found the place to call home. He was very honest & would point out things that were beneficial, as well as what would need to be fixed if that particular home was chosen. His background & extensive knowledge helped us with finding a lender & was there for us even during the entire closing of escrow. I mentioned to him that I was a first-time home buyer & new to the whole thing & he was happy to help with referrals for everything from a local pool man to a handyman. After months of searching on our own with no avail we turned to Sam, that was the best decision we've made. Sam is extremely knowledgeable of the different areas of the valley. Sam is flexible in his hours. He was gracious in working around our schedules and showed us some great properties (in the evening) we hadn't seen before. While in the properties as first time home buyers he pointed out pros and cons and helped us see beyond the cosmetics of each property. Once we found the house we wanted and decided to submit an offer we found out there were multiple offers on the property with ours being the last and lowest of the offers. Sam was in constant communication with the sellers agent and within days a miracle was performed and the seller accepted our offer. The purchasing process from that point forward was smooth anything we needed from our lender or escrow, Sam would deliver or provide a detailed explanation on. In short our first time home buying expirince was one we really enjoyed. The best decision we made was to call Sam. Sam Enjoys what he does, it is visible when you work with him. I will be recommending Sam to my family and friends as I'm confident they are in great hands. My husband and I are happy to say we found our lifetime realtor.
